Job Location: Thailand

Contract - ONSITE 4 days/week mandatory

Expected Start Date: ASAP

Contract End Date: July 2027

Fluent in Thai and English is a Must

Role Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of software and industrial system implementation projects, with a strong focus on machine integration, SCADA systems, and shopfloor/OT environments. The role ensures successful deployment, integration, and adoption of solutions aligned with business and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Delivery

·      Lead full lifecycle project delivery (planning, design, integration, testing, deployment, stabilization)

·      Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and phased machine onboarding strategies

·      Track progress, risks, and ensure adherence to scope, budget, and timelines

2. SCADA & Industrial Systems Implementation

·      Drive implementation of SCADA, MES, ERP, and manufacturing solutions

·      Oversee OT infrastructure including servers, workstations, high availability, and cybersecurity

·      Ensure seamless IT–OT integration aligned with enterprise architecture

3. Machine Connectivity & Data Integration

·      Lead machine connectivity initiatives and shopfloor data integration

·      Define integration design (APIs, interfaces, data flows)

·      Enable industrial data capture for analytics and monitoring

4. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

·      Coordinate with business, operations, IT, QA, and vendors

·      Manage system integrators and SCADA partners

·      Validate vendor designs and ensure compliance standards

5. Testing, Deployment & Change Management

·      Oversee test cycles, defect resolution, and go-live readiness

·      Manage deployment with minimal production disruption

·      Drive user training and adoption

6. Governance & Financial Management

·      Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, and status reporting

·      Track budget, resources, and ROI

Required Skills & Qualifications

·      7–12+ years in project management (software + industrial systems)

·      Strong experience in SCADA, machine integration, or OT environments

·      Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and system integration concepts

·      Understanding of cybersecurity and high availability systems

·      Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination skills

·      Ability to bridge business, IT, and manufacturing teams
