About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead software and industrial system implementation projects, ensuring successful deployment, system integration, and alignment with business and operational goals. The role focuses on enterprise systems, shopfloor/OT environments, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and smooth delivery across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery including planning, integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Manage implementation of enterprise and industrial systems such as ERP, MES, SCADA, CRM, analytics, and manufacturing solutions.
- Drive machine integration, SCADA implementation, system interfaces, APIs, and IT/OT connectivity initiatives.
- Collaborate with business, operations, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Oversee testing, deployment, go-live activities, risk management, and project governance.
- Manage vendors, project timelines, reporting, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, access control, and enterprise standards.
Required skills:
- Strong project management experience in software implementation and industrial / OT environments.
- Experience delivering enterprise or manufacturing systems such as ERP, MES, SCADA, CRM, WMS, analytics, or automation platforms.
- Experience in machine integration, SCADA systems, and shopfloor / OT environments is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile / Waterfall delivery, system integration, APIs, testing, and deployment.
- Understanding of cybersecurity, access control, and high availability concepts.
- Strong stakeholder management, vendor coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
