Responsibilities:

1Lead the project pre-cost quotation and feasibility assessment, technical exchanges, process planning and review, output project planning documents.

2Lead the new project development progress management and product trial production.

3Produce new project development process trial production plan, and is responsible for promoting.

4Responsible for planning new project equipment, molds, tooling transfer acceptance and usuage.

5. Held regular project stage review meetings, reviewed the progress of trial production, communicated and reported to management and functional department managers on high-risk items, researched solutions, and ensured the implementation as planned.

6. Led the sorting and follow-up of the problem list during the project implementation, coordinated the cross-departmental team members to complete the project within the specified time, and ensured the smooth implementation of the project according to the time nodes.

Qualifications:

1Bachelor's degree or above.

2More than three years experience in product development/project management in automotive parts industry, familiar with project development process in automotive parts industry.
