Project Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Design, Business) to ensure alignment and delivery
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
• Manage dependencies, priorities, and resource allocation effectively
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and practices

Requirements

• At least bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Management of Information System or similar fields
• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in technology or digital environments
• Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum or similar methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects or complex workstreams simultaneously
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Basic technical understanding (e.g., APIs, system integrations, or architecture concepts)
• Strong English proficiency
