Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional services, and support team to complete system implementation.
• To make customer satisfaction as good feedback and continue business with strategic customers.
• Manage customers and vendors to deliver products to customer expectations.
• Cost & project timelines estimating, developing the budget, and creating Customer Proposals
• To ensure smooth communication between sales, development, and clients
• Control team quality and resource management.
• Analyzing and managing project risk.
• Develop a project plan and track the project plan (Monitor progress).
• Manage resources, and maintain and solve problems related to the developed systems in the project.
• Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments.
• Perform complex work analysis.
• Improve application development process & standards.
• Make DR (Screen, Report, Batch) Documents.
• Make Database design.
• Manage Programmer's development.
• Make IFT/BCT Script, Perform & Confirm IFT/BCT & make incident sheet.
• Investigate the incidents.
• Do impact analysis for any change requests.
• Support project director to present customer top management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields
• At least 8 years experience in software development projects as Project Manager, Functional or Technical Lead.
• Experience in Agile software projects is required.
• Knowledge of modern technology (MEAN stack development, AWS services, Low code platform).
• Strong business and system analysis skills.
• Knowledge of programming, and database design.
• Experience in the Manufacturing business, a benefit.
