Project Manager (Pioneer)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan work step by step and carefully. for operators to understand and work according to the objectives.
• Determine strategies for project management and details in performance.
• Manage assigned projects.
• To make the project run smoothly or cause as few errors as possible.
• Follow up on performance. and make a report.
• To present appropriately.
• Liaise with relevant departments.
• Control and supervise the team on the project. to operate in a systematic way Efficient and standardized.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of working experience.
• Experience managing program development projects. (Website/Application)
• Experienced in both Agile and Traditional project management.
• Experience working in a scrum team as a scrum master.
• Experience working in lean process or value stream management (VSM)
• Experience working in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS)
• Proficiency in English communication, coordination, and negotiation.
• Creativity Enthusiasm for work and readiness to learn new things.
• Proficiency in using project management programs and Microsoft Office.
