Project Manager

• Provide overall leadership, governance, organization, and management of the project team.
• Ensure execution of all assigned projects with respect to safety, quality, design, procurement,
• Ensure project execution compliance in accordance with Project Quality Plan (PQP).
• Manage all project stakeholders (owners, clients, consultants, subcontractors, third parties, and internal teams) for smooth project delivery.
• Manage purchase requisitions and invoices promptly to facilitate PO issuance and supplier payments.
• Control project costs, including site expenditure, to safeguard profit margins.
• Ensure additional works are executed only with approved Variation Order Requests from customers.
• Manage project cash flow by ensuring timely submission and approval of progress claims.
• Achieve project objectives, including on-time delivery and cost control within allocated budgets.
• Escalate challenges to the Project Director promptly for resolution.
• Conduct regular meetings with the project team and Customer team to review project status.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree or Master's in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software such as MS Project or Primavera. is advantageous
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in project management within the M&E field.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally across all levels, internally and externally.
