Experience
- Has experience of 5+ years in the waste management sector, with experience of working in Flexible plastics/ films such as LDPE, HDPE, PP/ MLP as an added advantage
- Fluency in English and knowledge of Thai
- Have worked with formal and informal players in the waste management sector with direct engagement for material sourcing
- Has experience of conducting capacity building activities for responsible sourcing
- Experience of sourcing plastic/ polymers through formal and informal supply chains will be of additional advantage to the candidate
- Has experience in preparing project management plans, monitoring, evaluation, and report writing
- Experience in equipment specification creation, sourcing, vendor negotiation, selection, and commissioning
- Can understand auditing requirements, face and conduct field visits and audits
- Communication skills required to coordinate and communicate with waste pickers, aggregators, community drop off/ recyclers
- Has supply chain experience in the procurement of materials (preferably waste)
- Has experience in implementing quality assurance and control frameworks
- Working with standard IT tools like Presentation, Google Sheets, Docs
- Experience in preparation of field reports, presentations as required
