Job Description

The Project Manager (Salesforce Focus) will lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects fordiverse clients, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery while exceeding client expectations.

This role involves working closely with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to define projectrequirements, develop comprehensive plans, and drive successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, including scoping, planning, execution,monitoring, and closure.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives, gather requirements, andtranslate them into actionable project plans.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables while mitigating risks andensuring client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and clientstakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business requirements, leveragingSalesforce best practices.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders, preparing detailed statusreports and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and manage risks proactively, implementing contingency plans as needed to addresspotential challenges.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure a smooth transition fromimplementation to operational handover.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and enhancements to recommend innovative solutionsto clients.
  • Support pre-sales activities by providing project estimates, timelines, and resource planningfor Salesforce proposals.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, orrelated fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT projects, with at least 2 years focusing onSalesforce implementation or CRM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, andMarketing Cloud. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, SalesforcePlatform App Builder) are a plus.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Certification in PMP or PRINCE2 is advantageous.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicateeffectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressingchallenges.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Thai or other regional languages is a plus.
