Job Description

. Lead and manage civiland building construction projects from planning to completion.
. Oversee projectschedule, budget, quality, and safety performance.
. Coordinate with clients,consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
. Manage site teams andensure smooth project execution.
. Monitor project progressand resolve technical/site issues promptly.
. Conduct project meetingsand prepare progress reports.
. Ensure compliance withBCA regulations and company standards.
Job Requirements
. Degree in CivilEngineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
. Minimum 5-10 years ofrelevant Singapore construction experience.
. Experience managingbuilding projects with main contractors preferred.
. Good Pay + Good allowance + GoodBonus
