Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Saraburi, Thailand

Project Overview The Project Manager will lead the Project, which includes:

• Expansion of Further Processing (FP) line.
• Construction of FP infrastructure: cooking room, loading room, hygiene room, packing area, boxing room, cold storage, spiral freezer area, etc.
• Development of utility stations: boiler system, air compressor, chilling system, MCC, MDB, transformer.
• Installation of fire protection systems (inside and outside battery limits).
• Supporting infrastructure: central cold storage, office, loading/unloading bays, ACMV system, refrigeration system, racking system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, and execute medium to high complexity build projects.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and team performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Oversee project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve technical and business objectives.
• Lead and develop a team, including hiring and performance management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience; 3 years in supervisory roles preferred.
