Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Airline domain expertise to lead and deliver strategic business and technology initiatives within the aviation industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder engagement, budget management, and cross-functional teams while working closely with airline business units and technology partners. Fluency in Thai is mandatory to effectively collaborate with local stakeholders.
Key Responsibilitie
- sManage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- .Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and success criteria
- .Collaborate with airline business stakeholders, product teams, vendors, and technology teams to ensure successful project execution
- .Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, status reports, and governance documentation
- .Lead project steering committee meetings and provide regular updates to senior leadership
- .Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and drive mitigation plans
- .Coordinate across multiple teams including Business, Technology, QA, Infrastructure, and Operations
- .Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation
- .Ensure compliance with organizational standards, airline regulations, and project governance frameworks
- .Support change management, user adoption, training, and go-live activities
- .Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and processes
