Tech-Enabled Logistics Team plays a significant role in ALP evolving and pioneering comprehensive automated logistics solutions in Taiwan. Integrating the hardware and software solution with automation robotics, our Smart Logistics Project Manager is accountable for developing and managing the project timeline of our OMEGA project.
What you will do
- Manage OMEGA projects across multiple departments, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality meet expectations.
- Act as the communication bridge between internal teams (construction, systems, operations, maintenance) and external equipment suppliers.
- Allocate resources effectively and oversee supplier/contractor performance.
- Supervise installation and implementation in collaboration with on-site managers.
- Prepare progress reports, support procurement and customs clearance, and maintain project documentation.
Who you are
- Willing to take on challenges and collaborate with multidiscipline professionals.
- 3+ years of professional experience in project management
- Experience in execution of large projects including hardware and software
- Experience in automation planning or implementation is a plus
- Energetic, passionate, team-oriented personality and working style
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and functions to allocate the resources wisely
- Initiative taker with a positive attitude to every challenge
