Together, they have launched Horizon T8 Co., Ltd., branded as HoriXonT8 or T8, to elevate the Insurance Ecosystem for the insurance industry. Through AI-Powered Digital Transformation, this initiative aims to enhance innovation capabilities for insurance partners both domestically and across the ASEAN region, delivering services that meet the MORE + Better + Faster demands of HoriXon.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct multiple enterprise-level projects within the insurance ecosystem, including Core Insurance Systems, Claims, Underwriting, Policy Administration, and Customer Experience platforms.
- Lead cross-functional and technical teams, consisting of both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring projects are structured to meet strategic goals and client expectations.
- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, quality assurance, and deliverable completeness.
- Track and monitor all project activities against plans and provide regular, accurate reports to senior management, project steering committees, and client leadership.
- Understand key business drivers in the insurance industry and manage operational metrics including cost, quality, cycle time, and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, proactively identifying risks and opportunities early in the project lifecycle, and take autonomous action to address them.
- Lead the development and maintenance of manpower plans, resolve resource conflicts, and ensure effective staff deployment while fostering skills development.
- Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions within the broader insurance ecosystem, including third-party platforms and InsurTech solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in system implementation, project management, or business process developmentpreferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of database management and IT skills (e.g., SQL, HTML).
- Deep knowledge of CRM processes, sales, service center operations, and marketing.
- Business acumen across multiple industries, with a strong focus on the insurance sector and its ecosystem (e.g., HealthTech, FinTech, RegTech).
- Ability to identify and address business opportunities, with a capacity to rapidly develop knowledge in new industries or domains.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and client representatives.
- Proficient in English and Thai (both spoken and written).
- Strong time management and analytical skills.
- Thai nationality required.
