Job Description

Key Responsibilities

-Plan, manage, and execute projects according to defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

-Develop project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.

-Prepare and maintain project documentation, including SRS, , and reports.

-Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project implementation.

-Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

-Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.

-Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.

-Manage resource allocation and ensure optimal utilization across projects.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

-3-5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.

-Experience in ISO29110

-Experience in preparing and delivering project documents, including TORs, proposals, and progress reports.

-Strong knowledge of project governance frameworks and compliance processes.

-Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project).

-Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
