Job Role:-Project Manager

The role is responsible for end-to-end delivery and management of HR technology solutions for enterprise and mid-market clients in Thailand. This includes client engagement, project execution, SLA governance, and team leadership to ensure successful implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end client engagements for HR Tech (HRMS/HCM/HRIS) implementations, including onboarding, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring effective communication, expectation management, and long-term relationship building.
- Own customer accounts with accountability for SLA adherence, service quality, and delivery timelines.
- Drive project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting using defined project plans, quality metrics, and governance frameworks.
- Translate and moderate customer business and HR requirements in alignment with product capabilities and best practices.
- Manage cross-functional project teams of approximately 810 members, including consultants, analysts, and support resources.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and delivery schedules; proactively resolve issues to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while delivering business-critical projects in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Foster a positive, performance-driven team culture while managing day-to-day operations efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Support, Sales) to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong consultative and client-facing skills, with the ability to understand and articulate business and HR transformation needs.
- Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of global HRMS/HCM/HRIS platforms and HR technology solutions.
- Solid understanding of business operations, HR processes, and digital transformation in enterprise environments.
- Proven project management capabilities, including planning, execution, risk management, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills (English required; Thai language proficiency is a strong advantage).
- High result orientation with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Strong people management, stakeholder management, and internal resource coordination skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with Thai or Southeast Asian clients in a SaaS or HR Tech environment.
- Exposure to local HR practices, compliance, or regional deployment models.
- Prior experience managing enterprise or multi-country HR technology implementations.
