Project/Program Manager

Job Requirements:

• Set up the annual projects target with hiring team and regularly review the progress.
• Lead and mentor project team, ensuring they have the support, training, and resources needed to be effective.
• Collaborate with other functions leaders, support team members to pull the necessary resources from different functions by the projects demand.
• Manage resource allocation to optimize productivity.
• Work with team to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage project milestones, adjust schedules as needed, and communicate any changes.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Conduct project reviews and implement improvements in project processes.
• Develop, monitor, and control project budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
• Review project budgets and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Oversee risk identification and mitigation across all projects, reduce project risks and address challenges.
• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and tools.
• Motivate, inspire, and guide team members.
• Provide regular feedback and career development support, fostering a learning environment within the team.
• Further lead team to introduce EP multiple platforms applied in industrial, medical and HVP businesses.
• Collaborate with global planning team and other sites to ensure smooth transfer of products without revenue impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Automation, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management in the electronics industry, with at least 5 years in a project manager role.
• Proven expertise in project management field.
• Excellent in English communication.
• Able to travel abaord.
