Job Description
- Drive sales and revenue growth by meeting personal targets, promoting suitable solutions and preparing customised proposals and contracts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, conducting regular visits and acting as the primary client contact.
- Deliver value-focused solutions by defining project-specific value propositions and presenting compelling, customer-oriented proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies, exchange market insights and support effective project execution.
- Maintain accurate accurate customer relationship and market intelligence by tracking customer data, monitoring competitors and ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related fields.
- Strong technical capability, including proficiency in AutoCAD and interpretation of technical drawings.
- At least 5 years of hunter-style sales experience in construction products or related industries with solid knowledge of construction and infrastructure markets.
- Experience as Design Engineer or Construction Project Engineer is the plus.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good communication, confident presentation ability and persistence in long, relationship-based sales cycles.
