About the job

The role involves project sales management and customer relationship management, focusing on building strong relationships with existing customers while developing new ones. Responsibilities include troubleshooting to ensure customer satisfaction, generating sales volume, and managing project sales. The position requires presenting and training customers on products, coordinating with service and engineering teams, and overseeing inventory, purchase orders, and delivery processes. Additionally, the role entails market analysis, competitor reporting, project follow-ups, and managing accounts receivable. Regular reporting and forecasting are also essential components of the job.

Responsibilities:

Key Account Management & Customer Relationship Management

  • Visit customer, customer relations building, trouble shooting for specific case in order to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage Existing customers and develop new customers
  • Generate sales volume from customer
  • Make the New account and try to get the information (M&E Contractor)
  • Make a good relation and good support to customers. / Customer relationship activity
  • Be person in charge of accounts and follow-up project sales.
  • Present and train product to customer
  • Control of inventory, P/O and delivery in all projects, customers both of term of payment and credit limit

Marketing / Forecast

  • Check current with trends in the market (Product, Price, and Quantity).
  • Collect the competitor's information and report.
  • Follow up project on hand and forecast delivery in each month

Management (Report & BRM)

  • Manage Access / Spec-in / Award
  • Make a dairy, weekly and monthly report
  • Manage AR in every customer

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • At least 1 year experience related with air-conditioning or related product and min. 2 years in sales skill.
  • Good command in English and Thai
  • Engineering Background (HVAC) would be preferred
