Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Thailand Project Sales Specialist to develop and expand our business in the Thai market. The ideal candidate will leverage their industry expertise and client resources to drive sales of our solutions, focusing on blank market and small-to-medium project development. This role requires a proactive approach to client acquisition, strong relationship management skills, and a proven track record in Forestry,Customs,Ports,Emergency Management and Trasportation,including highways,rail transit,logistics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the Thai market, with a focus on blank market segments and untapped opportunities in target industries.
2. Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within the sectors of Forestry, Ports, Customs, Emergency Services, Transportation (Highway, Railway, Logistics), or related System Integrator (SI) networks and resourses.
3. Manage the entire sales cycle for small-to-medium projects, including lead generation, needs assessment, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
4. Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and SI partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
5. Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing insights to optimize product positioning and sales tactics.
6. Collaborate with internal teams (product, technical support, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceed customer expectations.
7. Achieve and exceed quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective market development and client relationship management.
8. Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to update management on business progress and opportunities.
9. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility and generate new business leads.
10. Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and client engagement strategies to adapt to the evolving Thai market landscape.
Job Requirement & Skills
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or technical related major or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in project-based sales, with a focus on small-to-medium project development and blank market development.
3. Demonstrated client resources or SI partnerships in at least one of the following industries: Forestry, Ports, Customs, Emergency Communications Dept, Transportation (Highway, Railway, Logistics).
4. Strong market development capabilities, with a track record of successfully entering and expanding in new or blank markets.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
6. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
8. Ability to travel within Thailand as required for client meetings, market visits, and industry events.
