All about the role:

Shape the future of our Project sales in Thailand by leading our key customer accounts and driving growth. This role combines strategic account management, team leadership, and channel development to deliver Electrolux's go-to-market objectives.

Your primary focus will be building strong partnerships, executing joint business plans and capturing new opportunities. Based on experience, you may also lead key B2B project. You will report to the Head of B2B and Project sales.

What you'll do:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with developers and dealers (managing project sales or B2B)
  • Define and execute joint business plans, including forecasts, merchandising, and marketing activities.
  • Ensure flawless execution of promotions and in-store brand experience.
  • Drive market share and profitability through effective sales planning and team coaching.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Electrolux and partners, ensuring seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle: bid/tender, specification, design alignment, sample/show flat preparation, logistics, installation, commissioning, handover, and warranty.
  • Manage dealers and internal service teams to drive ontime, onbudget installations with zero rework
  • Maintain a robust pipeline and winrate across developer segments, track milestones and cash collection
  • Ensure contract, legal, installation and safety compliance; uphold quality standards across all jobs.

Your typical day:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, After Sales) to achieve revenue targets.
  • Review account performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct joint planning sessions with partners and developers.
  • Monitor pipeline, track forecasts, and report performance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings to align on promotions and service execution.
  • Ensure merchandising standards and brand visibility in all retail touchpoints.
  • Follow closely deliveries, service level and credit situation of our customers
  • Own forecast accuracy, pipeline, and performance reporting

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in managing Project sales with real estate developers.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in Thai and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
