Our client is a renowned European listed MNC in the luxury home appliance sector. The company is a well-known household name which is an established market leader in its field. Re the office's location, it is based in a building that is 2 bus stops away from the Tiong Bahru MRT station.

As the firm continues to strengthen its presence in Singapore/SEA, it is seeking an experienced, commercially driven and well-connected Project Sales Manager to grow the firm's project business and strengthen relationships within the architecture, design and property development community.

You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with architects, interior designers, property developers, kitchen studios, contractors, consultants and other key decision-makers, with a strong focus on securing the firm's product specifications at the design and planning stage.

We are seeking for an entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen and excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. You should also possess the ability to manage projects from initial specification through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

. Develop and grow the project sales channel, identifying new opportunities, designers, developers, contractors, consultants, kitchen studios and keydecision-makers.

. Proactively identify upcoming projects and engage relevant stakeholders at an early stage to secure the firm's product specifications.

. Develop a strong and sustainable project pipeline from initial lead and specification through quotation, negotiation, order confirmation and project completion.

. Conduct professional product presentations, demonstrations and training sessions for architects, designers, developers and business partners.

. Work closely with the showroom and in-house chef to provide compelling product experiences and demonstrations for clients and partners.

. Prepare quotations, proposals, specifications and tender submissions protecting the premium positioning and profitability of the brand.

. Develop and manage key accounts, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and generate repeat business.

. Maintain regular follow-up with project stakeholders throughout thefter-Sales teams to ensure smooth project execution and a high level of customer satisfaction.

. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales and project pipeline, including expected order values, timelines, probability and next actions.

. Prepare regular sales forecasts, project updates and management reports.

. Achieve agreed monthly, quarterly and annual sales, margin and profitability targets.

. Monitor competitor activities, market developments, upcoming projects and customer requirements, and provide relevant market intelligence to management attend events, exhibitions, networking functions, business dinners and partner activities.

. Support the Managing Director in developing strategic project opportunities and partnerships where required.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3-8 years of project sales experience with an existing network and strong relationships gained with architects, interior designers, property developers etc.
  • Proven track record in project sales, specification selling and business development.
  • Good products, luxury lifestyle, or related industries are beneficial (not a must)
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing quotations, tenders, pricing, margins and contract negotiations.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage a project pipeline from lead generation through specification, negotiation and closing.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, presentation and account management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, with confidence engaging senior decision-makers and high-net-worth customers.
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office experience with CRM and sales pipeline management systems is advantageous.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple projects and priorities, and maintain disciplined follow-up.
  • Willing and able to travel when required and attend client meetings, networking events and business functions outside normal office hours where necessary. There will be some travel to SEA countries (Vietnam/ Thailand etc).
  • Polished, professional and confident demeanour, with the ability to represent the firm as a premium brand.
  • Highly self-motivated, commercially driven and naturally strong at building relationships.
  • Proactive in developing new opportunities rather than waiting for leads to come in. Comfortable networking and building long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, developers and other influential industry stakeholders.
  • Has strong negotiation, objection-handling and closing skills, while understanding that selling a premium brand requires relationship building, patience and protecting long-term brand value rather than competing primarily on price.
  • Resourceful, resilient, well-organised and accountable, with the ability to independently drive opportunities from initial introduction through to successful project completion.
  • Has strong interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional customer and partner experience
