We're hiring two Project Sales Specialists to form the founding sales team for a new business unit at a leading Thai furniture manufacturer — a company with 40+ years of history, exports to 25 countries, international certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and more), and patented product innovations trusted by high-end project clients from government agencies to multinational corporates. You'll represent a major international office furniture brand alongside the company's full product range — backed by a professional support team, with commission upside and the freedom of a flexible field-based role.
Location: Khlong Luang, Pathum Thani (Rangsit area)
Working Days: Monday – Saturday (07:30–16:30), Sundays off — with a Flexible Work Arrangement: after onboarding and evaluation, office check-in is just 1–2 days per month, and the rest of your time is in the field with clients
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute proactive sales strategies targeting project clients — corporate, real estate, and design firms
- Meet clients, present furniture solutions that fit their projects, and analyze data to close deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and project contractors
- Oversee projects end-to-end — from product presentation and bidding through to flawless delivery
- Coordinate after-sales service and resolve issues for maximum client satisfaction
Qualifications
- (Native-level Thai fluency) — this is a local hire based in Pathum Thani (no visa sponsorship or relocation provided)
- Diploma (ปวส.) or Bachelor's degree — Sales, Marketing, Management, or Design fields are a plus
- 4–8 years of experience in Project Sales — furniture or construction materials background preferred
- An existing network of interior designers, architects, or project clients you can activate
- Understanding of project bidding processes, basic blueprint reading, and working with design teams
- Good command of English for communicating with international clients
- Proficient in MS Office and Canva
- Own a car with a valid driving license — able to travel to meet clients
