Global Realty (the property sales division of Award Global) is expanding its team in Bangkok, Thailand.We are looking for an experienced, driven Property Sales Consultant who wants to leverage modern digital tools, high-quality leads, and strong marketing support to elevate their career.
We operate differently than traditional real estate firms, focusing heavily on empowering our consultants with a high-performance culture, continuous training, and cross-functional support across our mortgage, marketing, and admin teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert advice on property investment, market trends, and project offerings.
2. Manage and nurture a portfolio of clients to build long term relationships and repeat business.
3.Generate and convert leads through multiple channels, including social media, referrals, and personal networks.
4. Conduct property presentations, inspections, and consultations with prospective buyers.
5. Guide clients through the full sales cycle, from enquiry to settlement.
6. Execute both warm and cold outreach strategies to expand the client base.
7.Build and strengthen your personal brand presence. across platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPI'S.
