Property Manager - Thai Citizen only

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager located in Choeng Thale, Phuket, Thailand. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet the needs of tenants and owners. Tasks include tenant management, handling maintenance requests, inspections, coordinating repairs, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and managing budgets. Communication with clients, contractors, and vendors will be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, operations management, and vendor coordination
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and tenant relationship management skills
• Ability to manage budgets and financial records related to property operations
• Problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficiency in relevant software systems and tools for property management
• Knowledge of local property laws and compliance requirements
• Must be a Thai citizen due to regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in English and Thai language is highly preferred
