ROPERTY OFFICER (INDUSTRIAL BUILDING)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Officer to support the day-to-day management and maintenance of an industrial development in the Hillview area. The successful candidate will work closely with the Property Manager and Management Council to ensure the smooth operation of the estate and delivery of quality services to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to residents, tenants, and owners feedback, enquiries, and complaints.
• Conduct regular inspections of common property and building facilities.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance contractors and service providers.
• Monitor housekeeping, security, landscaping, pest control, and M&E maintenance works.
• Prepare incident reports, inspection reports, and monthly management reports.
• Follow up on defects, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Assist in the administration of contracts, quotations, and tender exercises.
• Coordinate council meetings, annual general meetings, and site inspections.
• Ensure compliance with BMSMA requirements, workplace safety regulations, and statutory authorities.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of estate matters.

Requirements

• Diploma in Property Management, Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Property Management or Facilities Management.
• Experience managing industrial, commercial, or mixed developments will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Possess a positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 9.00 am - 6.00 pm
Saturday (Alternate): 9.00 am - 1.00 pm
