Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangkok for a Property Sales Manager. The role involves managing property sales, liaising with clients, and ensuring smooth transactions for both residential and commercial real estate properties. Responsibilities include conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, building strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to implement sales strategies and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate to handle a diverse portfolio of properties.
  • Proven Sales expertise with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, along with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in both English and Thai is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A team player with a proactive mindset and a passion for the real estate industry.
