Roles & Responsibilities
Property Strategy
- Support development of short- and long-term strategic plans and business priorities.
- Analyze retail market trends, business & project data to provide insights for strategic decision-making and asset planning.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into business plans and execution.
- Monitor and report progress of strategic initiatives and performance results quarterly.
Project Management Office (PMO)
- Manage BU OKR setting and ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
- Establish and continuously improve project management standards, tools, and methodologies.
- Monitor and control project execution, performance, and productivity to ensure on-time and successful delivery.
- Prepare project and performance presentations for management as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Strategy, PMO, or related fields.
- Experience from consulting firms is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and business acumen.
- Good communication in both Thai and English.
- Able to work cross-functionally and lead stakeholders toward shared objectives.
