What You'll Drive
As a Psychology Teacher:
- Engaging Instruction Deliver 69 weekly periods of interactive and impactful Psychology lessons in English, tailored to meet the developmental and academic needs of high school students.
- Curriculum Development Create and implement teaching plans, syllabi, and post-teaching reflections aligned with Thai and Australian education standards.
- Student Assessment Design and conduct evaluations using diverse assessment methods, including assignments and exams, in accordance with school and education authority policies.
- Progress Monitoring Track student learning outcomes and adjust teaching strategies to address areas for improvement.
- Professional Learning Participate in training programs to enhance instructional techniques, class management, and assessment as required by the school and relevant authorities.
As a Class Master
- Academic & Behavioral Support Oversee the academic journey, well-being, and behavioral development of assigned students while supporting portfolio creation and student goal-setting.
- Parent Communication Maintain proactive and transparent communication with parents about student progress, concerns, and achievements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with subject teachers and school staff to ensure consistent student support and smooth daily operations.
- Activity Supervision Monitor student conduct during school events, extracurricular activities, clubs, and off-site programs.
- Guidance & Physical Education Assessment Evaluate student participation and progress in guidance and PE activities in line with curriculum standards.
- Additional Duties Support other student and parent-related activities and responsibilities as assigned.
What You'll Bring
- Thai nationality with strong English proficiency (preferred scores: TOEIC 900+, TOEFL iBT 90+, or IELTS 6.5+).
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology or a related field.
- Ability to teach Psychology in English to high school students (ages 1519).
- Solid knowledge of student evaluation methods and curriculum-aligned assessments.
- Experience supporting high school students in academic, emotional, and personal development.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including with parents and cross-functional teams.
- Competence in classroom supervision, behavior guidance, and student safety protocols.
- Basic first aid knowledge is a plus.
- Strong cultural awareness and the ability to support a diverse and inclusive school environment.
