Job Description

Contract Duration: 1 year and renewal based on performance

Location: Gaysorn Tower, Bangkok

Workdays: Mon – Fri (9.00 – 18.00 hrs.) Office&WFH

Key Responsibilities

Public Policy Monitoring & Analysis

  • Conduct daily monitoring of emerging policies, regulations, public consultations, and other relevant public policy and regulatory developments affecting the digital economy, platforms, consumer protection, and technology sector.
  • Conduct preliminary policy and regulatory impact assessments and prepare timely, concise reports and briefing materials for internal teams, highlighting risks, opportunities, and matters requiring escalation.
  • Maintain regulatory trackers, key dates, and status updates; promptly communicate significant developments, deadlines, or emerging issues to the relevant colleagues.
  • Support participation in public hearings and regulatory consultations, including research, coordination of internal inputs, preparation of agreed responses and supporting materials, and documentation of key takeaways and required follow-up.

Regulatory Operations & Stakeholder Support

  • Manage the daily intake, routing, tracking, and response preparation for regulators letters, invitations and requests, following established approval paths and deadlines.
  • Communicate regulatory requests and concerns to relevant local and global teams; track decisions, approvals, and actions through completion; and escalate urgent matters promptly.
  • Support engagement with regulators, government agencies, and relevant public-sector stakeholders, including meeting preparation, research, briefing decks, talking points, meeting notes, and follow-up; support strategic initiatives and collaboration projects as assigned.

Knowledge Management & Process Improvement

  • Serve as the day-to-day owner for the Corporate Affairs regulatory knowledge repository, maintaining current regulations, stakeholder information, workflows, summaries of meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records and organized documentation and provide reliable day-to-day administrative and internal-process support for regulatory work, including meeting coordination.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with Corporate Affairs managers, Legal, Compliance, Product, Business teams, and other relevant local and global stakeholders to assess upcoming and relevant policy and regulatory matters and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
  • Support periodic and ad hoc reporting to senior management and global teams, summarizing key developments, business implications, key considerations, and ongoing workstreams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Political Science, Public Administration, Law, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in public policy, government affairs, corporate affairs, regulatory compliance, policy research, or a related function.
  • Exposure to, or experience working with, Thai government agencies or regulators is preferred; familiarity with digital platforms, technology policy, consumer protection, or government and law-enforcement processes is a plus.
  • Strong research, analytical, writing, and communication skills in Thai and English, with the ability to produce clear and concise summaries, briefings, and correspondence.
  • Ability to coordinate across local and global teams, maintain accurate records, and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership, discretion, sound judgment, and appropriate escalation; able to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
  • Comfort with common productivity and knowledge-management tools—and an interest in using approved AI-enabled tools—is a plus.
