Role Overview
Responsible for developing and executing public relations and communication strategies to strengthen brand reputation, enhance corporate image, and ensure consistent messaging across all external communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute PR & communication strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
- Plan, create, and manage press releases, media kits, speeches, and corporate announcements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, KOLs, and key stakeholders
- Manage media inquiries, interviews, and press events (online and offline)
- Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and industry trends; provide insights and reports
- Handle corporate communication and support crisis communication when required
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Brand, Digital, Investor Relations) to ensure message consistency, also Group company ecosystem
- Support brand positioning and storytelling across PR channels
- Prepare and submit the corporate awards to win in the local and international awards events to build the credibility of company
- Measure PR effectiveness and optimize communication strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields
- 7-10 years of experience in PR, Corporate Communication, or related roles
- Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills (Thai & English)
- Solid understanding of media landscape and digital communication
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills
- Able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
- Experience in finance, technology, or regulated industries is an advantage
