Purchase Specialist (Rayong, Thailand)

Responsibilities /

1. End-to-End Production Procurement

Manage full procurement workflow: PO creation, delivery tracking, incoming receiving, quality/quantity discrepancy handling, return & replacement, monthly reconciliation and payment application; secure steady material supply for factory production.

2.Full-lifecycle Supplier Management

Responsible for full-lifecycle supplier management, including supplier sourcing & reserve, admission review, regular performance audit, framework contract signing, cost pricing, compliance inspection and supplier coaching.

3.Packaging Material Development

Source packaging material vendors, complete sample confirmation, price negotiation, trial production & mass production handover; collaborate with cross-functional teams for material validation, cost reduction and material iteration to meet production quality & delivery standards.

Qualifications /

Educational Background and Experience: Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 1 year of working experience in manufacturing procurement, familiar with basic procurement processes and supplier management.

Personal Competencies: Proactive and self-driven with strong sense of responsibility and execution. Able to work under pressure, good at active problem-solving and cross-department communication coordination.

Language Proficiency: Native Thai, with basic Chinese communication skills.

Monthly Salary: 30,000 – 50,000 THB
