About Our Client :
A well-established Thai organization with a nationwide presence is looking for a seasoned Director to lead their Purchasing and General Administration function. This is a senior leadership role overseeing procurement governance, general affairs, facilities, and sustainability initiatives — ensuring operational excellence across the organization.
Main Duties and Responsibilities :
- Centralize and manage the general budget under the General Administration division
- Lead the full procurement cycle — sourcing, vendor management, committee approval, and disbursement — in strict compliance with internal policies
- Oversee company asset and inventory management, including property tax obligations for head office
- Manage procurement and annual renewal of insurance for company assets and properties nationwide
- Supervise general administration including document management, mail services, and fleet operations
- Oversee office equipment and facility services across the organization
- Inspect, maintain, and manage repair works for head office and regional buildings
- Support the Energy & Environment working group in ESG policy development, sustainability strategies, and carbon reduction initiatives
Qualifications :
- Master's degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial), Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 15+ years of experience across procurement, general affairs, facilities, or administration
- Minimum 10 years at management level
- Background in large corporates, real estate, or asset-heavy industries is a plus
Key Skills :
- Knowledge of ESG and energy/environmental management practices
- Strong negotiation, cost analysis, and contract/risk management capabilities
- Familiarity with e-Procurement systems or ERP in large organizations
- Professional Engineering License (กว.) is an added advantage
