TOA Paint (Thailand) PCL is seeking potential candidates for Purchasing Assistant Supervisor (Chinese Speaking)to join with us.
Job Descriptions
- Source products from overseas suppliers in accordance with specifications and requirements provided by the Procurement manager.
- Identify, evaluate, and propose new products with market potential for import and sale in Thailand through both offline and online sales channels.
- Negotiate pricing, order quantities, commercial terms and conditions, and product presentation/branding to ensure competitive pricing, good value, and quality products.
- Prepare price comparison and bidding analysis to ensure products meet specifications and achieve the best commercial terms.
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers and follow up on production and delivery schedules to ensure on-time and accurate shipment.
- Coordinate with internal departments and logistics teams to arrange delivery to warehouses, including quantity and quality inspections, as well as handling product returns or claims for non-conforming goods.
- Evaluate, select, and maintain relationships with qualified, reliable suppliers to support long-term business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in procurement, sourcing, or import operations is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, cost analysis, and supplier evaluation skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with overseas suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- strong proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
