Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Logistic & Supply Chain Management, engineering or related field.
At least 10 years experience in Management to handle Supply chain, Purchasing, material planning, , Warehouse, Import-Export&logistics in Manufacturing industries.
Strong in English communication.
Strong Purchasing , negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge in ERP system.
Experience managing and improving supply chain data, information and processes.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage, and develop a team.
Strong command of English communication , both written and spoken, to work effectively with international suppliers.
Job Description
Develop and implement strategic procurement plans and sourcing strategies to support business objectives and ensure cost efficiency.
Oversee daily purchasing operations, including task allocation, team supervision, and performance management .
Manage supplier relationships, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, pricing, and delivery terms to ensure optimal value.
Maintain and continuously update supplier database, purchase records, and procurement documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate closely with inventory and planning teams to forecast demand and maintain optimal stock levels.
Ensure all procured goods and services meet required quality standards, specifications, and compliance requirements .
Prepare and manage budgets, cost analysis, and savings initiatives to improve financial performance.
Drive continuous improvement of procurement systems, processes, and workflows to enhance efficiency and transparency.
Lead onboarding and training programs for new team members to ensure proper use of procurement systems and adherence to procedures.
Coordinate end-to-end logistics and transportation activities , ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
Monitor shipment status, track deliveries, and proactively resolve any shipping or logistics issues .
Collaborate with logistics service providers and carriers to optimize delivery performance and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to procurement and logistics.
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and related documents , and prepare regular reports on performance, KPIs, and cost-saving results.
Lead, coach, and develop the team to build capabilities and support business growth.
