Responsibilities
1. Sourcing & Development
- Develop and manage new sourcing strategies to support new models and projects.
- Identify and qualify local suppliers (60%+ local sourcing target).
- Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and capacity.
2. Project Support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new model and project requirements.
- Manage procurement plans in line with project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure supplier readiness for mass production.
3. Material Management
- Handle purchasing of raw materials for part manufacturing, injection molding, painting, and chrome plating processes.
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms with suppliers.
- Monitor market trends and cost fluctuations in raw materials.
4. Supplier Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure stable supply.
- Conduct supplier performance reviews and improvement plans.
- Resolve supplier-related issues promptly to avoid production delays.
5. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Prepare purchasing reports, cost analysis, and sourcing status updates for management.
Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
2.Minimum 8 years experience in purchasing, with at least 3 years in a Management role with automotive parts industry.
3.Proficiency in Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing).
4.Strong background in plastic parts, injection, paint, and chrome processes.
5.Experience in new model and project development, and local supplier sourcing.
6.Good negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
7.Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
8.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
