Learn Bridge Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing Thai live commerce brand to find a Purchasing Officer – Overseas (Chinese Speaking) to join their supply chain team in Pathum Thani.
This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in Chinese, comfortable working directly with overseas suppliers, and enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on purchasing environment.
What you will be doing
- Liaise and coordinate directly with overseas (China-based) suppliers on sourcing and orders.
- Track and follow up on purchase orders to ensure products arrive on time and meet company requirements.
- Prepare purchasing reports and support other tasks as assigned.
- Travel to China occasionally to follow up with suppliers on-site, typically 3–5 days per trip (schedule and frequency vary based on business needs).
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in purchasing/procurement.
- Chinese language proficiency equivalent to HSK 4 or above, plus working English communication skills.
- Comfortable traveling internationally on short notice when required.
- Must be able to commute reliably to the Pathum Thani office.
