Purchasing Staff Onsite, Rayong

The Job:

As a Purchasing Staff, you will be part of our Industrial team working as an on-site employee base in Rayong.

You will get to:

  • Purchase and procurement for indirect i.e. factory supply, office suppl: service, repair etc.
  • Co-ordinate with other departments to support them for purchasing meets requirements. Responsible for custom import clearance process.
  • Sourcing, RFQ, evaluating quotation, price compare, price negotiation, supplier selection.
  • Alternate sourcing to find out more purchasing channels and negotiate for best qualified goods, best price and delivery.
  • Issue PO based on PR from respective departments.
  • PO outstanding review and follow up.
  • To ensure suppliers are promptly submit Purchase Order.
  • Communication with supplier for delivery on time.
  • Coordinate with Logistics and respective dept. for goods receiving and GRPO process.
  • Receive & check invoice, tax invoice and placing bill from supplier then submit to Finance department.
  • New supplier registration document preparation.
  • Cost saving / Productivity for IDM.
  • Follow requirements participation in support activities of ISO9001:2015 /TATF1 148919:2016/ ISO14001: 2015/ ISO45001: 2018
  • Prepare & control document for ISO14001 &EFS compliance.
  • Other assign by superior or company from time to time.

The Person:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Material management, or related fields
  • Good Communication in English and Computer Literate in MS Office
  • At least 3 years experience in manufacturing field
  • Understanding the logistics process and knowledge of third-party providers capabilities and expectations.
