Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven PV Module Sales Manager to lead our solar module business in Thailand. This role requires a deep understanding of the local market, a strong network in the renewable energy sector, and the ability to drive sales growth while ensuring full compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:

  • Execute the regional sales plan for PV modules in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
  • Achieve annual targets for sales revenue, receivables collection, and new customer acquisition.
  • Ensure all business activities strictly comply with Thai laws and regulations, as well as the company's internal control policies.

Market & Customer Management:

  • Proactively gather and analyze market intelligence, including market dynamics, competitor activities, policy changes, and industry trends in Thailand, and provide regular reports.
  • Deeply cultivate local customer relationships, develop and manage distributors, and build a stable and efficient regional sales channel.

Contract & Process Management:

  • Lead the entire sales contract lifecycle, including negotiation, signing, and execution follow-up.
  • Oversee compliance, delivery schedules, and receivable collection risks throughout the process.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, operations, customer service) to efficiently resolve issues related to order execution and customer service, ensuring smooth business operations.

Product & Market Coordination:

  • Collect and consolidate feedback from local clients regarding PV module specifications, performance requirements, and other needs, and relay this information to the R&D and product teams.
  • Collaborate on product localization initiatives, promotional activities, exhibitions, and business meetings to enhance product competitiveness in the Thai market.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven sales experience in the PV or new energy industry. Possession of channel and installer networks. Familiarity with Thai local business practices and PV-related policies and regulations is essential. Experience in the Thai market or solar industry is highly preferred.
  • Language Skills: Must possess professional working proficiency in English and Thai for business communication and internal team collaboration. Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is a significant advantage.
  • Core Competencies: Demonstrated ability to independently develop new customers, conduct business negotiations, and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Professional Attributes: Strong compliance awareness, high integrity and responsibility, and excellent cross-departmental collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Work Location & Model: This position is based in Bangkok, Thailand, with a hybrid work model. The role requires working from the office in Yan Nawa for business needs (e.g., internal meetings, client visits) while allowing for remote work or client visits at other times.
  • Travel & Mobility: Willingness and ability to undertake reasonable business trips within Thailand and internationally (primarily in Southeast Asia). Candidates must possess a valid driver's license that is legally recognized for operating a vehicle in Thailand.
