Core Responsibilities
- Client Communication & Data Collection
Conduct in-depth communication with clients of Southeast Asia distributed and residential PV projects to fully understand their electricity consumption patterns (including daily, monthly, and annual peak/off-peak periods, total electricity consumption) and collect operational data (e.g., power output, runtime) of equipment across various production processes.
- On-Site Survey & Data Acquisition
Perform comprehensive on-site surveys to accurately measure roof area and orientation, identify shading obstacles in detail, and provide precise data support for project planning and design.
- Solution Design & Technical Consultation
Develop tailored distributed PV and PV-plus-storage system solutions based on clients electricity consumption and on-site data, and deliver detailed, feasible technical proposals. Provide all-round technical consultation on PV-storage systems, explaining PV principles, system stability, and maintenance requirements in an accessible manner.
- Bidding & Technical Proposal Leadership
Play a key role in project bidding by leading the preparation of technical proposals, highlighting system advantages to enhance competitiveness.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Investment Analysis
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams during the pre-development phase. Quickly prepare investment estimates based on preliminary project plans, conduct accurate cost-benefit analyses, and provide key cost data to support project investment decisions and ensure the smooth launch of projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering) or related technical fields.
- At least 3 years of overseas experience in PV electrical design, with participation in the design and implementation of multiple distributed PV projects. Familiar with design characteristics of different types of PV systems.
- Proficient in using professional design software such as PVsyst and AutoCAD; capable of independently completing basic electrical system design tasks.
- Knowledgeable of international and local power industry regulations, codes, and standards (e.g., IEC, local grid connection requirements). Possess strong awareness of electrical safety and quality control.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, communication, and teamwork skills; able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and professionals to complete project tasks. Willingness and ability to travel overseas as required.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills: able to clearly explain complex PV technologies and project proposals to clients from diverse backgrounds using straightforward language. Proficient in written communication, with the ability to produce standardized, accurate, and professional documents (e.g., technical proposals, reports).
