Python Backend Developer (AI & ML)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with our AI Developer to implement backend services and APIs
• Integrate and optimize AI model APIs with cost/latency controls
• Build and maintain the asset processing pipeline
• Support development of AI analysis, scoring engine, and iterative generation logic
• Handle secure file uploads, storage, and retrieval
• Implement error handling, retry mechanisms, and performance optimization
• Write clean, well-documented, production-grade backend code

Qualifications

• 3+ years of backend development experience with Python
• Strong proficiency in Python for building scalable backend services
• AI or ML knowledge (or hands-on experience integrating AI/ML systems)
• Solid foundation in programming, data structures and algorithms, and strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) for effective collaboration with the team and international stakeholders
