Job Description - Python Gen AI Developer

Role Overview
We are seeking a GenAI Engineer who can design develop and deploy enterprise grade Generative AI solutions including Retrieval Augmented Generation RAG pipelines and LLM based applications on Azure This role combines hands on development with best practices for LLM Ops to ensure scalability reliability and production readiness The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Python Azure AI services and modern GenAI frameworks along with the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful solutions
Experience Requirements
5 years of overall experience in core IT and software development
3 years of hands on experience with Azure Cloud with AI technologies
2 years of experience in Generative AI RAG LLMs Azure Open AI LangChain LangGraph and related technologies in building AI Agents
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and deploy GenAI solutions using Microsoft and Azure technologies
Build RAG pipelines and agentic workflows using LangChain and LangGraph
Develop scalable APIs and services to integrate LLMs into enterprise applications
Implement prompt engineering model evaluation and optimization techniques
Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate business needs into AI solutions
Ensure production reliability through performance tuning and observability
Document technical designs workflows and best practices
Must Have Skills
Strong proficiency in Python and GenAI frameworks
Expertise in Azure services Azure OpenAI Azure AI Search Azure Functions APIM Cosmos DB and Azure Storage
Hands on experience with RAG pipelines and LLM integration
Knowledge of prompt engineering and model evaluation techniques
Nice to Have Skills
Working knowledge of React and JavaScript for AI powered interfaces
Exposure to structured output validation and finetuning
Familiarity with CICD pipelines and LLM Ops practices
