About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Python DevOps Engineer who has strong expertise in Python automation, DevOps practices, packaging, CI/CD, and containerization. The ideal candidate should be capable of building and maintaining Python development environments, automating software delivery pipelines, managing artifacts, and ensuring secure software delivery through modern DevSecOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop automation scripts using Python and PowerShell.
• Build and maintain Python development environments using Anaconda/Miniconda.
• Manage Python packaging using pyproject.toml, conda-build, meta.yaml, and related standards.
• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Python applications.
• Configure and maintain Jenkins pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker.
• Implement artifact publishing and repository management.
• Monitor applications and infrastructure using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Ensure software security by implementing vulnerability management and dependency scanning.
• Generate and manage Software Bill of Materials (SBOM).
• Review software licensing compliance and open-source dependencies.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve build automation, release management, and deployment strategies.
• Troubleshoot build failures, deployment issues, and infrastructure-related problems.
