Python Django Lead

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of professional experience in Python development.

• Strong hands-on experience with Django and Django REST Framework (DRF).

• Deep understanding of Django ORM internals and query optimization.

• Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL and MySQL.

• Strong expertise in database indexing, normalization, query execution plans, and performance tuning.

• Experience with caching solutions such as Redis or Memcached.

• Familiarity with asynchronous processing and background task systems.

• Strong understanding of scalable backend architecture and software design patterns.
