Python Lead

SRS Business Solutions India is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python Lead to join our dynamic development team. We are looking for a professional with a strong background in Python development, robust problem-solving abilities, and proven leadership skills to guide a team of developers.

Required Skills & Experience

• Python Expertise: 8.5+ years of experience in Python development.
• Core Python Concepts: Strong understanding of Python programming concepts, including object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Web Frameworks: Experience with Python web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Database Experience: Experience with both relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Testing: Proficiency in writing unit tests and integration tests.
• API Development: Experience with API development and documentation tools (e.g., Axway, Swagger/OpenAPI).
• Secure Configuration Management: Experience with secure configuration management tools (e.g., Conjur, CyberArk Privileged Access Security).
• PDF Manipulation: Experience with Python libraries for PDF manipulation (e.g., PyPDF2, ReportLab, pikepdf).
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Version Control: Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Root Cause Analysis: Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team Leadership:Experience leading a team of developers.
• Project Management Tools: Experience with Project Management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Containerization: Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD: Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitoring & Logging: Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
• Healthcare Industry: Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
