Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated
Quality Engineering Intern to support our quality improvement initiatives and project execution. This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates with an
Industrial Engineering or related engineering background who are interested in
quality systems, process improvement, and project management. The intern must be able to commit to the internship for
more than 6 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Support quality improvement and continuous improvement projects
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting related to quality performance
- Participate in project management activities such as timeline tracking, action follow-up, and documentation
- Support cross-functional teams in implementing quality standards and process improvements
- Prepare presentations, reports, and standard documentation in English
- Assist in audits, root cause analysis, and corrective action follow-up when required

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering field
- Basic knowledge of quality management concepts and process improvement tools
- Understanding of project management principles is an advantage
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI)
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Available to commit to the internship for more than 6 months
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Experience with data analysis or quality tools (e.g., Pareto, Fishbone, FMEA, SPC, Ishikawa)
- Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement concepts
Internship Duration
- Minimum 6 months (longer duration preferred)
