Role Responsibilities
At least 10+ Years of QA Project Management experience with Playwright, Selenium Automation. Lamdatest, Postman Should be well versed with people management and problem-solving skills
AI Skills
This role oversees the delivery of AI-powered testing services across multiple application streams
Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve factory efficiency
Ensure CI/CD integration across Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and JIRA/X-Ray pipelines
Own the roadmap for AI Copilot phases planned in TF
- Develop and execute automation scripts on Desktop, Web,iOS Mobile native apps
- Experience on TestComplete. Selenium tools and data amalysis
- Experience in Retail eCommerce Domain
- Java, Programming Knowledge & Automation - Selenium Tool Scripting
- Excellent software debugging and problem solving skills
- Consult with development engineers in resolution of problems
- Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality
Note; Project Management Expert level, top class members with excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, enthusiastic and ability to learn quickly and contribute and grow.
Must Have Qualifications- Good Understanding on s/w testing & expertise on Managing Testing Projects
- Drive the adoption and evolution of AI-powered testing tools — GitHub Copilot and AI platform
- This role oversees the delivery of AI-powered testing services across multiple application streams
- Strong experience on building Automation Testing strategy and a driving force towards implementing innovation solutions that addresses the entire breadth of client applications in the evolving world of digital and retail platforms
- experience in defining end to end testing strategy for enterprise companies across web, mobile, desktop and implementing testing process for global digital platforms.
- Strong knowledge on AI tools/ Functional/e2e/API testing and Automation frameworks
- Preparing Test Metrics document. Interacting with developers and business analysts to resolve all testing-related issues.
- Skills Good to have Some Work Exp. in ORPOS (Oracle tool), Retail Domain, Digital Testing Python/JAVA Scripting/Selenium/PlaywrightPersonality Traits Excellent Communication Skills Very good Problem Solving & Analytical Skills Flexible and Ability to learn quickly Excellent attitude Innovative
