Job Duties

• Perform and coordinate QA/QC inspections for civil, structural and architectural works, including earthworks, foundations, reinforced concrete, structural steel, waterproofing and building finishes.
• Review drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, material submissions and inspection records to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.
• Coordinate with CSA, Construction, BIM, MEP, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants to resolve quality-related issues and construction interfaces.
• Monitor site workmanship, material quality and field testing activities, and ensure inspection records and quality documentation are completed in accordance with approved procedures.
• Manage NCRs, defects and corrective actions, and support project handover, defect close-out and completion of final quality documentation.
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in QA/QC within civil or building construction, preferably on data centre, mission-critical or large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil and structural inspection requirements, ITPs, method statements, material testing and quality documentation.
• Experience in managing NCRs, defects, corrective actions and coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and project teams.
• Good command of Thai and working proficiency in English, with strong coordination, reporting and problem-solving skills.
