Highly skilled Automation QA Engineer with strong hands‑on experience in Selenium with C# and Playwright for web test automation. Must have solid experience in designing and executing test strategies and test plans covering functional, integration, system, regression, and end‑to‑end testing. Should have experience validating system outputs using golden datasets, test baselining, and structured comparisons for deterministic and AI-driven outputs. Must be able to perform AI-output vs human‑verified accuracy testing, applying precision/recall evaluation techniques and validation logic. Should possess strong skills in test‑case authoring, scenario design, traceability mapping, and converting business requirements into executable test scripts. Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users, product owners, and engineering teams is essential. Must have capability in defect triage, severity assessment, RCA collaboration, and driving closure with development teams. Ideal candidate will have experience in CI/CD-based test execution, automated test reporting, and maintaining robust, scalable test automation suites.
