Make a difference as Quality Assurance Supervisor
As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will oversee quality assurance and food safety systems at the Sikhiu Plant. You will ensure raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods meet Ingredion's quality, food safety, and regulatory standards. You will also coordinate audits, manage supplier compliance, and promote a culture of continuous improvement in quality and food safety.

What you will do :

• Establish, implement, and maintain plant Quality and Food Safety Management Systems in compliance with Ingredion policies and international standards (FSSC 22000, HACCP, ISO, Halal, Kosher, etc.)

• Ensure raw materials and tapioca roots meet required quality and safety standards

• Lead internal audits, coordinate third-party audits, and manage corrective/preventive actions

• Oversee document control, GHPS, pest control, glass control, NCR management, and customer complaints

• Develop raw material specifications and receiving procedures in collaboration with purchasing and production

• Manage supplier evaluation, including assessment of audit reports and compliance with Ingredion requirements

• Train employees on quality, food safety, and GMP awareness

• Support implementation of safety activities and risk reporting related to food safety and workplace conditions

• Track and report plant quality KPIs in compliance with corporate reporting standards

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality, efficiency, and cost optimization

What you will bring :

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemical Biology, Food Technology, Food Science, or related field

• At least 2 years of supervisory or quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment

• Proficiency in IPS, ISO 9001, ISO 17025, HACCP, and GFSI schemes (FSSC 22000, BRC, IFS, SQF) knowledge of Halal, Kosher, Organic standards a plus

• Strong knowledge of GMPs, auditing, sanitation, pest control, and food regulations

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

• Fluent in English communication (spoken and written)
